Is there a free trial?
Yes. All paid plans include a 30-day free trial with full access to every feature in that tier. No credit card is required to start your trial, just sign up and begin exploring.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for all plans. For Enterprise customers, we also offer invoicing with NET-30 payment terms.
Is there a discount for nonprofits?
Yes, we offer special pricing for registered nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and government entities. Contact our team at sales@presideos.com to learn more about our nonprofit pricing program.
What happens when my trial ends?
When your 30-day trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to your current plan or any other paid plan. If you decide not to subscribe, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan. You will not lose any data, it remains accessible, though some features may become read-only.
Can I cancel anytime?
All paid plans are billed on annual agreements. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer mid-cycle refunds, but we also never auto-renew without notice, you will receive reminders well before your renewal date.
Do you offer monthly billing?
No. All paid plans are billed annually. This allows us to offer the lowest prices in the industry, up to 50-65% less than competitors, while keeping costs predictable for your organization. Annual billing also simplifies budgeting and procurement.
